BCSO: Persons of Interest Wanted in Gas Station Homicide

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that occurred Thursday night in southwest Albuquerque.

Around 8 p.m. Thursday, Bernalillo County deputies responded to reports of gunfire in the area of ​​a July 11 gas station at 4321 Coors Blvd SW. Upon arrival, deputies found a dead man.

Witnesses told police that two men were in an altercation in the gas station parking lot when gunshots were heard.

Authorities said the offenders fled in a blue 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with New Mexico license plate AFAX64. The truck was allegedly stolen.
