Severe thunderstorms possible Friday and Saturday in Minnesota
Minnesotans should prepare for potentially strong or severe storms on Friday and Saturday, the National Weather Service (NWS) Twin Cities said.
Rain is likely on Friday, with a chance of large hail in the evening and overnight, according to the NWS.
The majority of the state is listed as being under marginal risk of severe weather on Friday, while the odds increase to low for much of Minnesota on Saturday. Far northern areas of Minnesota on Saturday will see marginal risk.
