VA Promotes Data Integration To Achieve Better Results For Veterans
Dated: June 10, 2021
Time: 2 p.m. ET
Cost: No charges
As the Department of Veterans Affairs nears completion of its 12-week review of its electronic health record initiative that Secretary Denis McDonough launched in March, it is clear that the data will allow progress to be made.
At the same time, data isn’t just the underlying influencer, it’s also one of the eight avenues for review. VA Data Manager Kshemendra Paul works closely with the Veterans Health Administration, Office of Electronic Health Records Modernization, Office of Information and Technology and many more on the review data management.
During this webinar, Paul will discuss how VA’s data strategy begins with consistency and ends with improved care for veterans. In addition, Richard Breakiron, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Federal Government at Commvault, will provide an industry perspective.
Join moderator Jason Miller, Paul and Breakiron as they discuss:
- VA’s data strategy
- Modernization of the EHR
- Explore the role of the CDO in government
- Intelligent data management
